Raised Quad Snap (DS Part B)

This model is restricted by licensing terms.

“Quad Snap Connectors” are used to connect four tiles together with four snaps.

The Cross Quad Snap Connector - DS Part B joins with the Cross Quad Snap Connector - DS Part A or with the Cross Quad Offset Snap - DS Part A to create nice looking snaps on both sides of your tiles.

This part comes with four tolerances: loose (0.65 mm), standard (0.5 mm), tight (0.25 mm) and permanent (0.15 mm).

(If you have to use the loose tolerance to fit this part in, then you’re going to have problems with the rest of the Multiboard system. Calibrate your printer to work with at least the standard tolerance)

You can remove this piece from the Offset Snaps using the Offset Snaps Removal Tool.

Printing Guidelines:

The printing orientation is as provided in the file. The print has been designed to be “3 wall perimeters” in wall thickness. Printed at a layout height of 0.2 mm. It doesn't need printing supports. Use the default 15% infill. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.

UPDATE: All of the Double-Sided Snaps (Part A’s and Part B’s) have been updated and are NOT compatible with the old versions. (video about this coming soon)

You can still access the old parts in the Multiboard Legacy Parts listing.

This object is part of Multiboard, a FREE "all in one" organization system with 700+ parts, that combines pegboard holes, honeycomb snaps, Gridfinity like bins, threads, brakes, and much more.

Hello, the first image and 3d image slightly differ. The correct one is in the first image the "tabs" that click in need to be on the diagonal axis and not X/Y

Matthew

The files comes in two parts, do i need to print both or?
