This Daily Habit Tracker Board is a 3D printable system designed to help track habits using physical tokens instead of screens. The board features seven slots where you can place activity icons, along with a sliding marker to indicate whether each habit was completed for the day. The included tokens represent common activities such as reading, exercise, family time, journaling, relaxation, and time spent in nature.

The goal of this design is to make habit tracking more intentional and less overwhelming. By choosing only seven habits at a time, the tracker encourages focus rather than overload. Swapping tokens allows the system to adapt to changing routines, while the physical act of marking habits completely creates a satisfying daily ritual. It’s designed to support consistency through simplicity, visibility, and tactile interaction.

This design is also part of a personal challenge I’m doing for the year 2026: designing and releasing a brand new 3D printable model every single day for an entire year.
