The problem with the original piece (photo #2) is the pins break with the work hours because those pins receive mechanical strain and they are thin and small.

We designed it with the same geometry including the pins but we 3D printed with diferents materials.

With PLA, ABS, PETG and others rigid materials, we got the same result with the original, the piece didn't resist obviously the 3D printing orientation didn't help because the layers are this way.

So we tried with TPU 95A and it worked, for get it, the 3D printing setting was: All the piece with perimeters.

It's advisable use TPU with more shore hardness also we include the STEP file to adjust the tolerance if it's necessary.
