Overview

TPU watch band keeper replacement for watches and fitness bands, sized to fit broken or missing strap loops.

This TPU watch band keeper replacement is sized to fit your strap dimensions, making it a simple way to replace a broken or missing loop without buying a full replacement band.

It works well for watches and fitness trackers, and can also be adapted for other small strap-retention uses like cable wraps, soft gear straps, or similar flexible bands.

Print one part that fits your setup instead of ordering a multipack you do not need.

Base design created for a Fitbit Charge 6, but customizable to your dimensions.

Customization Instructions

Customize your TPU Watch Band Keeper directly on the Lunar Prototypes website.

1. Navigate: Go to the customization tab on the model page.
2. Customize: Enter your desired measurements and adjustments.
3. Submit: Click submit and wait for the design to complete.
4. Download: Once the job completes, download your custom STL and slice as usual.

2. Measure the strap width.
3. Measure the combined thickness of the overlapping band sections together.
4. Enter the strap width into the width field.
5. Enter the combined overlapping thickness into the thickness field.
6. Print the keeper in TPU.
7. Slide the printed keeper onto the band and position it to retain the loose strap end.
