This customizable TPU bolt and nut cover slips over exposed hardware to protect surrounding surfaces and reduce accidental snags. Designed for flexible TPU, it accommodates adjustable bolt diameter, bolt length, and nut size for a snug, reliable fit across a wide range of applications.

Ideal for workshops, furniture, racks, and anywhere exposed fasteners are part of everyday use.

Customization Instructions

Customize your Bolt and Nut Cover directly on the Lunar Prototypes website.

1. Navigate: Go to the customization tab on the model page.
2. Customize: Enter your desired measurements and adjustments.
3. Submit: Click submit and wait for the design to complete.
4. Download: Once the job completes, download your custom STL and slice as usual.

1. Measure exposed bolt/nut combo by measuring width of nut at flat points, thickness of nut, diameter of bolt, and distance from top of bolt to nut.
