I’m extremely disappointed. I loved several of your designs and decided to become a member. However, since I have no commercial interest, I chose the Personal Use plan, only to discover that I can’t even print some of the projects I was most interested in.

Unfortunately, I’ll have to cancel my subscription because the designs I wanted the most are not available for download.
