amazing model keep it up love all of your videos
Thank you for the kind words :)
Fantastic model. Is there a way to send a one time tip instead of subscribe?
Hi thank you :)
you could post a make here, i'd really appreciate it <3
I had a similar experience. Tolerance were a bit off for me. The spring seems too thick, was it scaled down from the full size? I was using the stl files. I got it to work, but had to cut 1/8" off the tip of the spring, sand and heated the notched cookie to form fit it into the mating piece. Great model! Thank you! Let me know if u update the stls.
did you use the stl or the 3mf file?
i'll have a look into it :)
I used the stls.
i just testprinted the STLs. It came out perfect... did you know how to assemble it? the spring can only be slid on in one specifc orintaiton onto the hub? i'll add a animation
sorry for the confusion
LeHa, I really appreciate you checking and printing on your own to confirm that it wasn't an issue with the files (obviously then its an issue with my setup). I just confirmed I was overextruding by almost 15%, so when I fixed that, yes it came out absolutely perfect. Again, great design and I really appreciate the support. I think I'm gonna have to send you some support and get the larger oreo design.
no worries, glad i could help :)
Really cute but the tolerances are too tight, could not get it to fit without sniping and sanding
i'll update the geometry. did you print with supports or without?
