Forget my last comment about bottom layers, I was using 0.4mm layer height so of course it's going to give me extra infill layers above the bottom ring.
I am unable to use 5 layers for the bottom of the shade in Prusa Slicer, 3 is the maximum to get the correct ring at the bottom of the shade.
