Just print them out, snap the Clip onto the link and carefully clip them to the others.
I recommend PLA+ by eSun. the orange variant even looks similar to the "Nerf orange".

What infill, and infill pattern?
Thanks boss. My son was wanting an extra belt. We just got an old 3d printer from a friend. Hopefully it does the trick.
hey really cool how do they work on half darts? I'm trying to half dart mod the thing with better aligned and compatible belts first.
and any other mod ideas!
i had many doubts but it works with little supports
You stated that you do not need supports for this yet the slope angle on the back of the Nerf dart tube is pretty steep are you sure this is going to print ok? You didn't include any pictures of the back of the tube.
worked on all of my ender series printers at 0.2mm
What printer would you recommend to print this on?
it worked on my Ender 3 (the very old one)
do i have to snap the link and clip together?
yes, you do. says it in the description. if they're not holding together, i recommend gluing them.
how are you arranging the print for these with no support?
i printed the "barrel" with the open side facing up, and the clip with the flat side down. i think you can see how i did it in the picture.
