All I did was take Berendg's model https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3268603 and shrink the inner diameter of the hole. They made it 0.8 mm bigger than needed, so if your printer needs that clearance for the ID of holes, use the original. If you have your software set up so that you make this clearance on your own and your prints match the true size of the model, use this one.
