This is a simple Sanding Sheet Holder, This was designed to fit the100x140mm 8 hole sheets made by Norton. These are common Detail or Mouse sanding sheets in Australia used by most Triangular shaped detail sanders in our market. Step Files are included in case someone wanted to make modifications. Between the dispenser and the spacers I am finding all my sanding pads are now much easier to keep track of. Inspiration drawn heavily from https://www.printables.com/model/412352-sanding-disc-dispenser-125mm-stackable-interlay-wi but not remixed from. Prints on my Anycubic Kobra’s in 1h 30min on very reserved speeds and settings. Dispenser is using 12.5g of filament. Please feel free to remix and add it to the tab.
This was a simple Design from start to finish. A quick overall measurement of the pads including hole diameter, distance between the holes I cared about and a concept for Tabs. A sketch in Onshape, an extrude for the base, an extrude for the pegs bam 90% of the way there. Added fillets to sharp corners in V1_1 and further refined with removing some holes to make it look a bit different. V1_2 saw chamfers added to the outside & internal edges as well as a spacer designed. Spacer was simply a copy of the original tab, change of hole diameter and removing the peg extrude. Moved the Tab over 20mm so as to make it easier to stack. All done and working good enough for what I wanted.
