I made an extended version of the clamp to use while I figure out how to properly mount my LED work-light on the end of an arm.

After adjusting the screw out worked wonderfully!

Where's the bolt that connects boom clamp A to boom swivel c? it's not in the zip.

I think this one's a bit too tight. I've printed it twice now with finer details - the screw 3 times, with up to 70% infill and it just breaks the screw every time. Ive even gone to town with a deburring tool to widen the hole, but i couldnt remove enough material before i gave up.

I figured it out. The thread of the screw has the wrong pitch. If you stretch the screw to 120% on the z-axis, it works.

I'm glad I see this. I printed them and things were too tight. I tried scaling down the bolts .5mm and that is printing right now. After this, I will try 120% on the Z. ;)

I can confirm - scaling the clamp screw to 120% in the Z axis made it fit perfectly.
