This simple little fidget is designed to me kind of like a worry stone. There is a gap between the large outer disc and the small inner disc. You may have to use something thin to pop the inner disc loose. I recommend turning on top surface ironing for a smoother surface for the inner disc to move on. This is a good fidget to keep around if you need to take a moment. You do have to think about it a little bit, it can help take you mind off stress or anxiety for just a moment.
