Designed to hold six 25mm dropper bottles (Vallejo, The Army Painter and more) on Multibuild with the help of Multipoints.
There are two files “odd” and “even” that are staggered so you can see the labels of bottles behind. It's also possible to mount them closer with just one row between and quite a bit more overlap.
I've found it best to use snaps or big thread multipoints when attaching them to the tiles. This way you can also use the mounting snaps when they “get in the way”. Print the lite version of multipoints as they provide a more snug fit.
I normally use the snap+mid thread multipoint on the sides and a big thread in the middle.

The models are made with Onshape and are public there. Don't know if it can export any format for Fusion360.

I'm really sorry I haven't replied. Been away and drowning in work for quite some time.
But about the issue you are mentioning, I think you try to mount them with vertically aligning multipoints? It's actually made with staggered mounting points (the first row (odd model) starts at 1 and the second model (even) starts at 2 and then back to 1 and so on).
The model could probably do without the middle mounting point. It just felt to flimsy without the middle one.
