Junction Box SLIM - Inline Set

Description Three sleek enclosures designed to accommodate the WAGO 221 line. We developed this set primarily for ourselves and therefore to rival the competition from the hardware store! Junction Box SLIM is the result of countless tweaks and adjustments. Click Lid Enjoy a secure close and easy-release mechanism. We designed and tested this mechanism to withstand over 100x open&close cycles. It is fine-tuned to click securely by also ensuring an easy opening experience. Modular Sleeves Create a nice and tight fit with individually sized cable sleeves. Ranging from 4 to 7mm over even oval shaped, it fits most of the variety out there. If not, you can reach up to 9mm cable diameter by leaving out the sleeve entirely.  Perfectionist Adjust it with precision. The integrated mounting slots make sure that leveling becomes a no brainer. You can be up to 10 degrees off and still mount it straight! Slim Jim Size matters! With it being over 50% thinner than the competition, it fits even into the tiniest of spaces. Design Designed after our form-follows-fdm design language, it is made for hustle free and fast 3D-printing. By carefully balancing functionality, printability and aesthetics, we can ensure a great experience. Wiring A clear overview makes wiring a breeze. It being slim, doesn't mean you can't do a nice job. The box is specious enough to fit all the different cable combinations and to still have perfect visibility of where everything is going. Material UL Certified Material with fire-extinguishing properties? Prusament PETG V0 is the perfect choice for the junction box.  Printing Just print! There is no need for supports or brim of any kind, but we recommend 100% infill density to cut out any variables. It prints beautifully in PLA and flawless in PETG. Dimensions CompatibilityJunction Box SLIM Inline S 2x WAGO 221 2411Junction Box SLIM Inline M 3x WAGO 221 2411Junction Box SLIM Inline L 4x WAGO 221 2411 Tip of the print! The probably bestest and cheapest bed adhesive! Mix regular (non watertight) wood glue with water in a ratio of about 1:10. From now on clean your bed ONLY with water and NOT isopropyl alcohol. Otherwise it becomes non soluble in water and you will have a tough time getting it off. ⚠ DISCLAIMER ⚠ Depending on the country you live in, this junction box might not full fill the regulatory requirements to be permitted for usage above 120V. We are currently actively working on certifying this set in the EU, which is easier said than done. So cross your fingers!
