Inspired by the simplicity and elegance of tipi tents, this creative #ikeahack transforms your basic 25cm Fado lamp into a magnificent standing lamp that can become a centerpiece in any interior setting. Three wood rods, three printed parts and some hardware form this minimalistic stand.
Additional hardware: 1x M8x40 cylinder head bolt 1x M8 hex nut 3x wood rods D=25mm L=1550mm
How to print: The models can be printed without supports I used fuzzy skin at the main part (outer contour only) Use at least 3 walls and >30% infill
How to build: Cut the wood rods to length (1550mm) Finish the wood rods (sanding, finish) Insert the rods into the main part (distance from ground to main part: 950mm) Insert the nut in the tensioner and put it at the underside of the main part Insert the bolt from the top and tighten Put the Fado lamp in and swirl the cord around the legs Enjoy :)
