Floor Joist Cable Hangers
Model originally uploaded to Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6133580.
This is a collection of hangers for hanging wires or cable from basement floor joists.
-- These are printed right side up and without supports.
Hanger (Clip-On) - This is a clip-on hangers that supports running cables either direction. This has a built-in support that can be broken out after printing. The support was added to reduce weird artifacts from vibration.
Hanger (Clip-On, No Support) - This is the same as able but without the added supports.
Hanger (Mounted) - This is a mounted hanger that screws on the bottom of the joist. Just use one screw in the middle and you're all set (I used a short drywall screw). This can be rotated to use in either direction, even diagonally. There is a slit on one side for adding or removing the wires.

These cable hangers are such a practical solution for organizing wires in a basement. The variety of designs, like clip-on and mounted options, makes them versatile for different setups. Products like these remind me of Fifty Floor reviews , where people often praise efficient and straightforward solutions for home projects. It's great to see designs that focus on simplicity while addressing real needs.
