This is my take on the brace of my NV200 (2012) that broke. Inspired from Matsugawa on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4211846
Was using Matsugawa's model for more than a year in the car which i had printed in PETG and it held up great. It was a tad bit bigger than the mirror and because of that i found it as an excuse to challenge my Freecad skills. The nut is an 8mm, and the bolt i found and used wasn't the greatest because i had to groove it with the angle grinder to fit the screwdriver.
Printed in PLA+ 10% infill and 3 walls. Due to the stress of the screws and the heat of the sun it wont last long. I propose PETG or ABS ASA 25% infill and 3 walls.
Might improve the design a bit more in the future to make it look more than the original part.
