Desktop Hockey - Works great! May have to reprint the red flipper as one of them is sticking for some reason, but all the rest work great! Probably will super glue the nets in too, as they get knocked out pretty easily. - 3d model

Desktop Hockey - This was a super fun print! I've made a few of these desktop games for my husband to take to the fire station and am eagerly awaiting feedback!

I printed the rink with silk white PLA to give it that shiny ice look and love the way it turned out! I decided to have a little fun with an AI background but the one in snow is in our wintery yard. I was hoping for that natural light to shine up the ice rink but, it's nearly 4pm here and the sun has started to set. - 3d model

Don't have a 3D Printer? My models print great with These Printers (affiliate)

Desktop Hockey

This is my favorite game that I have designed so far, especially considering I played it for 3 hours straight the day it was finished lol.

This pinball-style hockey game is played elimination style. When you score on your opponent, you remove one of their defenders until they have none left. The player with defenders left at the end of the game wins!

For a longer version, play takeover style. Where you collect one of your opponents pieces every time you score, until someone captures all the pieces. This version gets very hectic!

Assembly instructions are in the video on this model page or in the pdf included in the download.

Even if you don't have a bambu printer, open the 3mf file. It will help you understand how to print the pieces and the best layout for printing them. You will need a multicolor printer if you want to print all the hockey lines. The multicolor net can be printed with a simple filament swap, or using a multicolor printer.

Filament I Used: Matte White Matte Blue Matte Red

Components you'll need to order.

  1. Standard Rubberband (if you dont have them already)
  2. 3/8" chrome steel ball bearings

*Disclaimer: You will need a 254 mm print bed or larger for this!
