With the Enforcers keeping the public peace in the alleys and streets, the Highguard was made to stop the resistance members when their strategy adapted.
Mounted on massive hydraulic legs with enough power to crush brick and metal beneath its pressurized weight and equipped with Nolan Tesla's newest portable charged cannon, this elite squadron of the Pitchborough Blitzcorp Department (PBDP) patrols the darkened streets, alleys, parks, harbors, and the most dangerous districts of the city with utter discipline and watchful vigilance. Since their integration into the force, crime rate has been reduced by over 60%.
