ENTROPY ARCHIVES - UNIVERSAL DIGITAL FILE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading or purchasing this 3D digital file (the "Asset") from Entropy Archives, The Painting 100, or any affiliated platform (including Thangs, Cults3D, and MyMiniFactory), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Your rights regarding physical prints are determined by your active subscription status at the time of printing and sale.

1. THE DIGITAL FILES (APPLIES TO ALL USERS) Under no circumstances may the digital files be distributed or monetized.

NO DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION: You may not share, distribute, sell, or host the digital files (STLs, OBJs, 3MFs, CAD files, etc.) on any platform, forum, or cloud storage.

NO DERIVATIVE SALES: You may not modify, remix, or digitally kitbash the Asset and distribute or sell the resulting digital files.

2. PHYSICAL PRINTS: DEFAULT STATUS (PERSONAL USE ONLY) If you downloaded this file for free, or purchased it as a one-time individual sale, it is strictly for Personal Use.

You may 3D print the Asset for personal tabletop games, dioramas, and private displays.

NO COMMERCIAL PRINTING: You may NOT sell, rent, or lease physical 3D prints of this Asset.

3. PHYSICAL PRINTS: THE COMMERCIAL EXCEPTION ($30/MONTH TIER) To legally sell physical prints of this Asset, you must hold an active $30/month Commercial Tier subscription on the Entropy Archives Thangs page.

Active Commercial Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive right to manufacture and sell physical 3D prints of this Asset.

This commercial right immediately terminates if your $30/month subscription is canceled, expires, or lapses. Upon cancellation, your rights instantly revert to "Personal Use Only" (Section 2), and you must cease selling physical prints.

4. MANUFACTURING LIMITATIONS (APPLIES TO ALL USERS)

NO MOLDING/CASTING: You may not create physical molds of the printed Asset for mass production or casting in resin, metal, or other materials for commercial sale. This license covers 3D printing only.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DISCLAIMER All copyrights, patents, and intellectual property rights pertaining to the Asset remain the sole property of Entropy Archives. The purchase or download of the digital file is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership. The Asset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Entropy Archives is not liable for any material costs, hardware damage, or print failures resulting from the use of this file.
