The Springy Thingy fidget.
The name comes from not having a clue what to call it.
A great desk accessory to flick away while you work.
The spring is pretty strong, try with both hands and pull up, then release, if you have it rested on a desk it makes a satisfying clunk when it hits. while the spring is sturdy obviously if your really tough on it there is a chance it could warp or break.
The shell is 15% infill and the spring is printed at 100%
The plate consists of separate parts to print different colours if wanted.
However i would advise that all parts are printed on the same printer.
The spring sits in the base then the lid clips in place.
If you need to get it apart gently lever with a knife or scraper and it will unclip.

Please ensure you have good adhesion, especially on the spring. if the spring comes loose at all in the centre you will have a horrible finish on the sphere as the nozzle moves it around*
