Filament changes to achieve the desired result. Printed with .2mm layers. Can be scaled up for a plaque, I would keep Z at 7mm even for a plaque. I used .3mm width top layer and ironed the topmost surface. This one is on the large size, it can sized down.
White till 5.2 Red 5.4 Black 5.6-5.8 Blue 6.0 - 6.4 Grey 6.6 -7
Printed with generic white, PolyTerra fossil grey, army red, charcoal black and PLA Pro blue. PolyTerra recommended, it covers wells.
