As asked, here is the bend helper for Wx HRPT Sat - LH and RHCP.

You want to use more turns at your antenna, then please roll/bend it step by step . A 6 turn Helper would be so high that most printers were not able to print it.

The helper is little less in diameter than relally needed cause the wire bends back a little in almost all materials. The high instead is correct with 44.5mm - die wire diameter is max 4mm - 10mm² has 3.5mm so this should be ok.
