Does anyone know if you can use 40x20mm fans with this? It looks like it shouldn't be a problem but I just want to make sure before I buy some.

I printed with supports and now cant figure out how to put out the mess from the inside of the ducts

You have to change your support placement setting to "Touching Buildpate". It will print fine with just those settings. It will still leave a mess but at least the ducts are clear.

Thanks for uploading.

Couple notes:

I had to cut out a chunk to clear the bolt for the bottom carriage wheel. Doesn't seem to affect the structure.

Since the screw that holds this onto the carriage isn't a self-tapping screw, definitely start the hole before you try to attach it.

I also needed to cut the wire loom back a bit to get the fan wires routed sensibly.
