A stylish and simple foot rinse station designed for use with existing or new install of a 12x12” catch basin.
The device includes a single brass shut off valve for the purpose of controlling the flow of water to three opposing nozzles. Each nozzle is positioned to evenly distribute a sufficient amount of water to every area of the users feet in order to rinse sand, grass clippings, and other debris from their feet and into a sanitary drainage basin.
The key features of this design focus on providing a sanitary option for the publicly accessible foot rinse station. The design limits the ways in which a person may use the device and facilitates quick elimination of debris therefore allowing more people to use the device in a shorter period of time. All drain clogging debris are caught by the catch basin and easily removed by property managers or janitorial staff.
In alignment with the focus of providing a sanitary environment, the device should be installed on a basin with a brass grate. The antimicrobial properties of brass ensure the foot rinse station does not become contaminated and spread disease from user to user.
