Crystal Egg
The lock on the eggs has been re-done to be looser and easier to lock and unlock The eggs have been made thinner to use less filament and has faster print times then the originals The eggs have been resized from the original eggs (Dragon Scale & Crystal) and are now Larger to match 100% Egg to 100% dragon. Thus, if you scale the eggs to 60% they can fit 60% baby dragons in them! Additionally the original Crystal Egg & Dragon Scale - Eggs have been updated with the new sizes and new locks as well! And thanks to Jazzy, all the eggs have been aligned so the top and bottom have the same color when using tri or duel filaments

Proper bottom exposure tuning is recommended. Models, particularly in clear resins, can suffer from overexposure and fused links. The Ameralabs Town testing is highly recommended to tune your settings as to get proper articulated prints! Exposure varies greatly between resins, printers, and environments.

you may not be fully engaging the lock. I'm a big dude and there was no way on earth I was gonna get the lock to engage. I had to go in and shave down the nubs just a bit. now it locks but it would still take an adult to open and close it. also as a side note, I see you used pla silk. silk is horrible at anything that you need to mechanically engage such as gears, locks and any pieces that rub together and have close tolerances. I avoid silk at all costs unless its whole objects on their own.
hi what type of crystal dragon is used.
I am the original designer for the Crystal Dragon so, my own!
thank you
ok unless I'm reading the maths wrong up there the 100% egg is wayyyyy past overkill for a 100% crystal dragon. even the 2025 version with longer tail. I could fit two in an egg. does anyone have the proper scale for the egg when printing a 100% dragon (without wings) and a 100% baby. also how do I add a pic to the comments. would love to show the egg and the chasm of space left in it. but also please don't get me wrong, its gorgeous......just huge. also if this version is the updated looser lock and thinner walls I would love to see the previous version. the lock was impossible to engage without shaving the nubs and it is quite thick.
ok figured out the pic situation. gotta do a make. see above pics. the rainbow matte one.
what is the filament used on the egg please ?
I am not sure it is around anymore as I bought it but I do believe the brand PLASPORT might have something similar... or it might have been stronghero... it was so long ago I dont remember!
I'm so sorry to constantly have questions lol. So this says the dragonscale egg has been updated... I purchased that on etsy awhile ago would I be able to get the updated files? Also it says 1:1 but it says baby.... does that mean the babys are 60% of the large dragon already and you can resize the egg to 60% to fit a baby? And so 100% will fit a large dragon? Thanks so much!
Please email at contactcinderwing3d@gmail.com with your Etsy order number. And its 1:1 in that a 60% baby and a 60% adult are technically the same size, one's just much shorter in length, smaller wings, and a bigger head. So generally it all scales the same
I emailed, thank you for all your time
