Cupcake Clicker-Cherry Sprinkle
I used Blue Gateron Switches for these and they worked great. I just snipped off the two little metal connectors on the bottom, or I even just bent them over and it worked perfect!

If you want to use as a keychain or bag charm I would suggest using a dab of super glue to make sure they don't pop apart!
