I have to print ABS, ABS-GF, ASA, HIPS, PC frequently. Therefore, it was decided to make a blowing system. The blowing was made for a homemade box in which Aquila is installed. The system is also suitable for any other open type printer, to which you make a closed box. The blowing is done outdoors. 

All parts are printed from PETG, except for the lettuce colored spacers. They are made of TPU-A95. When the screws are tightened, the spacers are compressed and this secures the duct adapter. 

I have a 5A, 12V DELTA clone fan installed. Power comes from the phone charger and as an option, you can connect the fan to the power supply on the 3D printer. 

Information on the fasteners you will need is in the .step file. 

I printed the parts from PETG with 15% fill and 2 parameters. From TPU-A95 with 100% fill and with 2 perimeters. I set the width of the perimeter lines to 0.4 mm. The model is fully printed without supports.

After printing, I recommend leaving the system on for about 15 minutes so that there is as little smell as possible.

P.S. On the penultimate photo the part with defects, on the last one it was reprinted with the least amount of defects :).

Приходится часто печатать ABS, ABS-GF, ASA, HIPS, PC. Поэтому было решено сделать выдувную систему. Выдув делал для самодельного бокса, в котором стоит Aquila. Система так же подойдет для любого другого принтера открытого типа, к которому вы сделаете закрытый бокс. Выдув сделан на улицу. 

Все детали распечатаны из PETG, кроме проставок салатного цвета. Они сделаны из TPU-A95. При затяжке винтов проставки сжимаются и благодаря этому происходит фиксация адаптера воздуховода. 

У меня установлен вентилятор клон DELTA на 5A, 12V. Питание происходит от зарядного устройства телефона и как вариант, можно вентилятор подключить к блоку питания на 3D принтере. 

Информация о крепеже, который вам понадобится, указана в .step файле. 

Детали из PETG я печатал с 15% заполнением и с 2 параметрами. Из TPU-A95 со 100% заполнением и с 2 периметрами. Ширину линий периметров поставил 0.4 мм. Модель печатается полностью без поддержек.

После печати рекомендую систему оставить включённой еще минут на 15, чтобы осталось как можно меньше запаха.

P.S. На предпоследнем фото деталь с дефектами, на последнем перепечатана с наименьшим количеством оных :)

On my Voxelab Aquila X2, the y-axis mount melted, because most likely I set the wrong current to the motor. The shape of the carriage had to be changed, slightly to make it necessary to use less support. The holes are not symmetrically located, just like on the original part. That's how it should be. I printed in the position shown in the last photo. 

The carriage is made of sixth grade nylon with 30 percent glass filling.

I recommend printing with 35% triangle infill and 3 perimeters. Layer height 0.2 mm
