Design was intended for home-users or small workshops. In ours workshop we use mainly drills from 2mm to 6mm, so that is why I choos this drill bits distribution.


With model size 294x144 mm (11.6x5.7 in), it is impossible to print in one piece on most printers.

Batteries are connected in parallel and wireless charging module needs to be soldered to USB output pins on PCB.

For connecting batteries in parallel:
     - Choose new batteries from same batch
     - Dischage them to equal voltage (Li-Pol 3.1V) with chrger/discharger specificaly for Lithuim batteries

While working on a li-ion battery wear protective eyeglasses and clothing.

Any uncovered battery material such as electrolyte or powder on the skin or in the eyes must immediately be flushed with plenty of clean water. Then seek medical assistance. Spillages on clothing should be rinsed out with water.

Explosion and fire hazard. 
The terminals of a li-ion battery are always live, therefore do not place metallic items or tools on top of a li-ion battery. Avoid short circuits, too deep discharges and too high charge currents. Use insulated tools. Do not wear any metallic items such as watches, bracelets, et cetera. In case of fire, you must use a type D foam or CO2 fire extinguisher.

I absolutely loved Cable clip organiser from 3Dimensional ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:445264 ), but I was tired of loosing it every time I used the cable.

So this is my derivation on Cable organizer. You will never ever loose it again.
Simply twist your cable to integrated slot.

Cable should be 1mm smaller (diameter) than cable slot.

Battery cage for FESTOOL BPC 15.

Since the power tool battery will fail, there is a real danger in disassembling this battery pack. Festool uses thick nickel plates and the batteries are close together. I have found that the best way to repair the BPC15 is to print out the battery cage and assemble a new battery, cut the electronic wires, disconnect the power terminals and resolder to a newly made pack.

For printing is best to use smaller nozzles or dial back extrusion width. I used 0.4 nozzle with 0.3 extrusion width.
