This is a replacement/upgrade on your stock suzuki carry doors.

This is designed to print in two parts and fit on a 250mm bed. My settings for my Qidi Q1 Pro was 4 layers for the sides, bottom, and top to ensure strength. 10% infill. I used PLA+ and printed at 224C with 60C heated bed.

Once printed you can glue the two parts together. There are 4 screw slots to hold them together as well.

Once assembled, place it were you would like on your removed door card and use 4-6 screws from the back side to hold it on. I used M5x12 plastic screws, but you can use whatever as long as it is short enough to not go through the entire print.
