BLOB SPIDER
This creepy cute Blob Spider has a retractable silk string and magnetic web to dangle around and scare unsuspecting friends. Its legs are flexible, articulate, and print in place. Pull on the web to retract the spider silk and roll the abdomen across a flat surface to wind it back up. The magnetic web stores in a slot underneath the spider so that it can also cling to the fridge without dangling. You can print in parts and add a color change in between the eyes and fangs for single color printers, or you can go all out by printing in multicolor. There's also a version without the silk spool if you want to print tiny spiders.

PRINT INSTRUCTIONS
- .12mm recommended for high quality
- 3+ perimeters recommended for strength
- no supports except for on the web
- eyes snap into head, use superglue if too loose, scale parts 00.5% if too tight
- 3MF files are for color information only, settings may need to be adjusted
RETRACTABLE STRING ASSEMBLY
- use 1.5mm diameter nylon cord (amazon link) or similar string
- cut a piece of string with a length of about 12 inches
- thread the string through the web and tie a knot, cut the excess so the knot fits flush in the hole
- glue or press in a 3x10mm round magnet to cover the string knot
- thread the other end through the hole on the spider abdomen
- thread the string through the spool and tie a knot, cut the excess so the knot fits flush in the hole
- snap the spool into the abdomen
