Inverted Gorilla Glue Stand (Gridfinity)

With a need to store and organize my partially used bottles of Gorilla superglue, I thought it a perfect opportunity to make a contribution to [ZackFreedman](https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedman)'s Gridfinity system.

This model is built on Zack's "Divider Box 2x1x2 1"  from his[ Gridfinity Divider Bins](https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedman/3d-model/Gridfinity%20Divider%20Bins-60721).

Grinch-worthy Planetary Snowman

Build your own Planetary Snowman

This Snowman has a planetary gear on the bottom so when you hold the center ball and spin the bottom ball his head rotates at 4 times the speed.  If you hold the center ball and spin the head, the bottom will rotate at 3 times slower. If you hold it by the head and spin the bottom or middle ball, it will spin freely, like a bearing. 

It is 133mm tall 100% and does not require supports. I used a .4mm nozzle at .2mm layer heights but a bigger nozzle or layers should work. If you scale it down it will make it more difficult to print but scaling it up will actually make it easier. I think it will scale up to at least 200% if not more without issue. 

Its hollow to save material, be sure not to add any details that extend to far into the inside as it could mess us the mechanics or create a part that should have supports.

Octobox Sand Castle


Thinking back on "outdoor fun" I was reminded of the fun, challenge, and sometimes frustration of building sand castles. 

Support is necessary under the base brim of the second and third level box, but the rest was designed with intent for no supports being necessary.

Aphid Sauce- Bottle Holder

Add a bit of zing to your food or drink with a squeeze of Aphid Sauce! Add any flavor you savor to the dispenser and "yowch!", you got yourself some tasty victuals.

*This is a work in progress! Antenna need to be added yet, as well as some tweaking to the shell/body of the holder as it holds the sauce too well.

CR10 S5-First Layer Calibration

A simple first layer calibration test for the CR-10 S5 (or similar 500x500 mm bed size).

I made this after finding that the generated skirt (on similar layer tests) on my slicer was not what I needed. This removes that variable.

Actual Dimensions are 440.2 x 440.2 x .2 mm (LxWxH)

The pattern is .2mm thick. Skirt not necessary, or intended, for printing.

Firefly Octobox

Fireflies (or lightning bugs) to this day still evokes a sense of wonder in me.

What better a way to express my creativity than to harness that feeling and make a lightning bug lantern!

Support necessary for the lower lip of the lid, a small cylinder recommended in the center, and below the posts of the handle as well.

Quantum Alignment Tower

A 20x20mm tower and cylinder for testing out the alignment of the loaded Quantum filament. 

On a direct drive you can fairly easily orient the filament by hand into the extruder, but I found on a bowden ... not so much.

The cylinder has 36 serrations, each representing 10° for getting a good indication how much you may need to rotate a model to get the desired result.

(also realized you can get idea on alignment during loading/purging as well as the initial wipe before the print starts.)
