Illuminated "Happy Birthday" LED Sign with Vine Frame
While the entire model was created entirely in Autodesk Fusion, AI was used to aid in the design of the "Happy Birthday" SVG that was used to create the sign.
Everything can be 3D printed, but DXF files are provided for those who wish to use a laser to cut out certain pieces.
The sign can be interchangeable so you can make your own lit-up signs!
You can use any LED strip you so desire! However, if you want to use the same strip I did, you can purchase one from Bambu Lab.
Use 4 M3 screws for the bottom. I used M3x12, but you can use screws as short as M3x6
Printing Instructions:
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Supports: None (Make sure to remove built-in supports on Base.stl)
Assembly: Watch this video for model assembly
Laser Instructions: If using 12x12 plywood, use "Happy Birthday_12Inch.dxf" and center it as best as possible. You'll want to make sure the middle is supported because the top and bottom of the plywood will be cut off.
As always, let me know if you have questions, concerns, or problems and I'll be happy to help out where I can.
Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.
