I decided to make a cover that would be (1) beautiful and (2) otherwise impossible to make in any other way  besides 3d printing

it might be a challenge for some printers but its well worth the effort  
also sorry for the large file its got alot of polygons

The high five hex wave was designed with strength and elegance in mind.     
the cover ripples like a sound wave and with the hex holes not only will you get maximum sound you get maximum protection especially considering hexagons are the strongest natural accruing shape in nature .

With the waves you should get some amazing patterns if you alternate filament colors every few layers

it sports a sturdy outer rim with holes to flush mount screws  and a nice friendly reminder !
