I decided to play around a bit with making fans.  These are designed to print without needing support material, and the first version came out great on my Ender 5 plus... It also exploded when I was playing around with it because I accidentally smacked it with my hand, so no photo unfortunately. :/  Let that be a lesson though, hard plastic spinning at high RPM can be dangerous and may result in energetic catastrophic failures.  Use proper precautions.

The hole on the fan is made for the 775 motors I have.  They've got a 5mm shaft with a 1mm key slot..  The fan is ~200mm wide so it might be a tight fit on some printers.  Seemed to move air alright, wasn't able to verify at full power because my test bench power supply maxes out at 5amp draw and the aforementioned explosive hand incident.

The Gridfinity system by https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedman is pretty cool and all, but one thing I haven't found (on like the first page of stuff because I have the attention span of a goldfish) is a base system for it that is modular.  I've seen parametric bases, but not fully modular ones.

I had created a version already, but I had intentionally avoided overhangs with that which made the connectors a bit tough to print.  Now the challenge in this one is just a little bit of overhang.  Personally I like this one better.  I found my first attempt at the connector a bit loose with my normal tolerances so I made one with tighter tolerances.  Use whichever one gives you a nice fit.  

I removed most of the outer corner radius on these to make them a little more aesthetically pleasing (to me) when they are put together.  There is an indentation to place a small magnet in (15mm dia, 2mm tall) if you want to have magnets to help hold your stuff in place. 

The main one I am going to be using is the "low profile" version which is technically only Gridfinity compatible because it trims a couple mm off the top for a quicker print with a tiny amount less material used.  I also included the model with the full indentation size if you want to use that.

Very simple utility model.  I use it to connect my shop vac to my random orbital sander to keep the sawdust down when I'm sanding in my workshop.

So, well, here it is.  The connectors for the base modules might be a touch finicky to print because of the very small detail so be sure to keep that in mind. I put the clearance at 0.2mm because that's what I've found generally makes for an ok interference fit on my printers.

Each base piece is one unit in every dimension, including z (42x42x7) to make life simple for everyone.  The test pieces I printed snapped together very nicely after I cleaned up some imperfections from the prints.  I printed them in Inland PETG+ at 0.2mm layer height.

Update:

First version had incorrect corner radius on the base plate.  This has been updated so that it now has the correct corner radius.  There was no change to the connectors so those should still work, but if you printed V1 base you'll need to reprint with this update to be able to use with other Gridfinity modules.

The spinny bit kept hitting the bottom rack of my dishwasher, so I decided to make some slightly taller wheels for the rack.  This worked like a charm.

This was specifically designed for a Frigidaire LFID2426TF2A, but I'm guessing it will work for other models of dishwasher as long as they fit on the attachments.

I made this brace for my E5P, but really it will work with any corner on aluminum extrusion that is compatible with the 2020 profile.

To attach them to my printer I used M5x16mm bolts and a t-slot nut like the ones found here: https://a.co/d/ajzrpvo . I used these so I could put them on my printer without having to take the whole thing apart.

Ender5 Plus Brace

Just a simple wall mount that I designed around some Inland brand spools I had.  Works for all kinds of spools, but has a lip designed to keep certain spool varieties in place.  A great way to keep your most used filaments handy next to your 3D printer.

This is a mountable mount for a Micro ATX or Mini ITX motherboard.  Not only can you mount your motherboard and PSU on this, but there are also four holes on it to allow you to mount the whole thing to whatever you want with screws; or, you could just secure it to your work bench to keep it from moving around when you are testing out devices.

This is printed in several parts to allow for printing on printers that aren't massive.  You could even fit it on a 6"x6" build area if you trim a bit off of the ends of the tabs, which shouldn't affect functionality.

It is designed to be press fit for PLA on my printer, YMMV with your printer's tolerances or the material you use.

Micro ATX/Mini ITX Open Air Mountable

This is a great way to hang up your headphones on the wall.  A neat skull design and made so that you can make different parts different colors as you like.  Everything should be able to be pressed into place.  I left about 0.2mm of space around every side of the pieces that are supposed to go into place so the fit may be loose or tight depending on your printer/filament.  

After putting this together I did notice one slight design flaw, there isn't really a way to take it back off.  If I need to I'll probably just drill out some holes to get at the screws, but I'm also planning on doing a slight redesign to make those accessible without needing to figure out how to take the other parts off.

Update:  

I added updated versions of the inner color and design portions of the files so that they now include some decent sized holes that you can get screws into and out of.  Now you can glue all the parts together and not have to worry about it being stuck to your wall forever. ;)  There were only two files changed, the new files are HolderInnerV2.stl and HolderDesignv2.stl.  I left the old files up just in case you want to use those instead.

These are a few ingots that I've sized for approximately 1Kg of the material.  No considerations were made for material shrinkage, so if you use these as a mold for a metal foundry you'll want to verify the weights after casting and either adjust the size of the models accordingly or shave off excess so that it hits the desired mass.

I plan on working on more, but this first series has Aluminum, Copper, Lead, and Osmium because of the large differences in volumes of those materials to make one kilogram.

I was looking for a nice way to arrange my cables on the aluminum extrusion that didn't require zip ties, and decided to design this.  It is designed to fit 80/20 20 series aluminum extrusions.  You just put the piece in and twist, it provides a nice firm hold on the aluminum extrusion.  I'd suggest ABS just to give it a little flex, but it probably isn't absolutely necessary.

So, this model had me really excited.  It printed out well, it was my first time designing a fan (had my doubts if it would move air well), seems to move air great when hooked up to the hobby motor I have, and it was done entirely in Sketchup (I'm sure it would have been easier in other programs.  
   
The fan is reversible, there is good air movement in either direction you run it. You'll probably want to be somewhat careful when pulling this off the print bed, the blades are fairly thin.  Personally, I made sure all the blades had broken free of the bed and then just grabbed the center piece with a pair of needle nose pliers to pop it the rest of the way off.  
   
This fan is part of a design I'm working on to make an airflow system in 3 inch PVC piping.  The fan should (untested, the blades flex out a bit during operation when printed in ABS) fit well inside 3 inch PVC piping.  This might get modified depending on how the flexing of the blades affects fit.  After the blades are successfully tested, I'll also be uploading connectors and housing for the 3" PVC pipe.

This is a 90 degree brace for 2" x 4" nominal lumber.  It can easily be printed without support materials.  You'll probably want to make sure to print it pretty solid, using a lot of perimeters works for me.

What happened to version 2?  Well, strike it up to a lesson learned with a design that didn't work nearly as well as I hoped.  
   
This version, unlike the previous one, has a very definite directional bias at higher RPM (10K+ RPM).  The top of the blades (the ones on the tapered side of the spindle) are what you want to use as the leading edge.  In my print, I took another user's advice and sanded the blades, then hit them with some acetone.  I'm not sure how much of a difference this makes, but this fan does seem to move a good amount of air.  
   
The blades are a bit thicker, they print out a little better because of this, and they don't seem to flex as much (printed with ABS) as my previous version.  There is still a bit of flex when you hit higher RPMs, which might actually be beneficial as the blades could be seeking a more optimal angle of attack.  In this design it doesn't seem to affect the blade radius as much when they flex as it did in the previous design.  
   
I've gone down to four blades, much wider, with a slightly shallower angle.  From what I've been reading, this increases efficiency, though I'm still experimenting to see how good I can get these fan blades to be for my purposes (Expect more versions coming out!).  
The pipe fittings I'd promised in my other version are designed, I'll have those up as soon as they are printed and tested.  The design is for the motors I've been using (Radio Shack Hi-Speed 9-18VDC motor Part # 2730256).  
   
** Obligatory Warning **   
Rotating something at high speed can be dangerous, always be sure to take proper safety precautions such as eye protection, etc to protect against possible failures.  Also, take care not to touch the blades during operation.  This design has some sharp parts that can cut you (speaking from experience... ouch).
