These are classic fingerboard road barriers. Both a hollow and solid version are available, including the Step file for further tweaking.

Called Jersey Barriers or road barriers, these are best printed at a heavy infill, or print a hollow one and fill it with something heavy like concrete, clay, resin, etc, I filled mine with fast cast epoxy.

Use double-sided tape to hold them to any surface, or get creative.
