Demon Slayer Sabito Mask for Decor or Cosplay.

3D printing settings used:
Bambu Slicer 0.16mm standard setting
Size: 175 x 97 x 247 mmm
Suggestion: I print the mask standing up so the layer lines end up at the bottom vs if you lay it flat with supports on the inside of the mask (you'll have layer lines on the middle of the forehead and middle of cheeks which will be visible when worn).

For the eyes I paused my print midway (see photo or use 3mf file) and added tulle fabric and resumed the print, this way the tulle was imbedded in the eye print.

The scar has sparse infill of 30% since the spikes can be fragile when removing supports. Suggestion orient it the way as show in photo above (if you use the 3mf file for bambu all settings and orientations are already set).

Mask and pink ears have a sparse infill of 8%.

Everything else is set to 15% sparse infill.

Used Bambu slicer at 0.16mm Optimal setting.

Adding a photo of how the eyes were oriented and where they were paused to allow you to add the tulle fabric.

When orienting the eye triangles lift the inner corner after you use the "auto orient" option on Bambu Slicer. The key is to try to make the top surface as flat as possible (see photo) so you can lay your tulle down flat-ish This is ONLY APPLICABLE IF you are not using the 3mf file provided. The 3mf file is already oriented fine w/ the pauses added.

Scale down eyes to 99% and you will be fine.
For the eyes I paused my print (see photos) and added tulle fabric and secured it with magnets and resumed the print, this way the tulle was imbedded in the eye print. To remove outside tulle just cut it off as close to eye with exacto knife and torch excess away. When glued into mask it wont be visible.(All orientations and pauses included in 3mf file)

The mouth sparse infill is set to 30% so it doesn't bend/break when removing supports.

The cheek's sparse infill is set to 20% so it doesn't bend/break when removing supports.

Everything else is set to an 8% sparse infill.

The top of the pupils have a concentric top surface pattern so it follows the geometry's circular pattern.

If you use the 3mf file for bambu all settings and orientations are already set.
