This is exactly the original Sprite Extruder cooling duct from Sorkin K3D with just a hole for the spinners / indicators that are used for Taurus V4 cooling duct. 

Apart from adding holes to standard Sorkin models, I've added a model for those who upgraded their Ender 3 S1 and Pro with K1 hotends (yes, it fits if you change one connector).

This is a basic and quite simple design for the Xiaomi Soap dispenser (https://www.mi.com/in/mi-automatic-soap-dispenser). 

Its main purpose is to help dry the water that accumulates from normal use at the bottom of the device.
