Pokemon 3d cube optical illusion
Thank you for downloading cube! This package contains everything you need to print it, with options suitable for different printers and skill levels.
Option 1: Full Model Print (For Advanced Users)- File: cubo-lenticolare-avanzato.stl
This is the complete, single-piece model. Printing this file is challenging due to its complex internal grid structure.
Recommendation: This file is best suited for dual-extruder or multi-material 3D printers capable of using soluble support material (like PVA or BVOH). This will ensure the internal cavities are perfectly supported and can be cleaned out effectively post-print.
Option 2: Pre-Sliced Layers (Recommended for Most Users)- Folders: x/, y/, z/
To make printing accessible for everyone, we have pre-sliced the model into layers along all three primary axes (X, Y, and Z). Each axis folder contains a forward and backward subfolder, representing the slicing direction.
How to Print:
- Choose one orientation folder (e.g., z/forward).
- Print each layer_XX.stl file inside that folder. They are all designed to be printed flat on the build plate and require minimum supports (you may find some floating pieces, so try to choose an orientation with the minimum floating pieces for an easier result).
- After printing, carefully assemble the layers in numerical order using a suitable adhesive (like super glue or epoxy).
