This is my first try of a holder that allows for a quick(er) hotend-change. This is for a certain low price hotend, which is easily available online (the silver one with the small blue fan).
Equipped with this, there is only the need to loose two bolts (and the wire harness/bowden) for a quick and reliable change, there is no need to relevel the printing bed.
On the other hand, it may be slower than a pure nozzle change, but for me it feels a little more comfy to change the whole unit than to fiddle with the small nozzle in some restricted space.
With this said, this is no racer, it is a tinkering way of life... yeah, this is weird
p.s.: the version with 2mm in its name gives a 2mm more room to the metal backplate of the hotend, this could help if the screw on the bottom (the one for the single bearing wheel of the X-axis) is in the way.
The clamp needs two M5 nuts in the back, pressed in and two fitting screws.
