To load with a pack of regular cigarettes the top of the box must be removed.

Packout style belt mounted cigarette and card storage boxes designed for demanding work environments where items get crushed, bent, or damaged during daily use.

These rigid cases protect cigarette packs, cards, or small EDC items while keeping them easily accessible. The lid opens a full 180 degrees for quick one handed access.

Multiple latch systems are included, allowing users to choose between ease of printing or maximum security.

Latch options included:

Slide lock front latch This is the most secure and my favorite design. The front slider barely clears the face and then slides left to right to lock. This version requires very clean support settings. Poor supports may cause the slider to bind or become difficult to operate. Recommended for experienced printers.

Friction snap latch A simpler and more forgiving latch where the lid snaps into place. Easier to print and assemble and more tolerant of minor print imperfections.

Hex pattern test version An experimental latch and aesthetic variation included for testing and preference.

Packout style versions use two structural posts that slide in from the bottom. These are intentionally tight and may require firm pressure to install.

Hardware required per box: 4 M3 x 6mm screws 2 for lid hinges 2 for belt clip 1 M3 heat set insert for the belt clip
