I also had to download the Step file and convert it using OnShape, so I'm not sure if I had something lost in that translation. Overall -- concept is awesome, but the completed print was sadly unusable for me due to these tolerance and assembly issues.

I tried this out and while I LOVE the concept, the tolerances on this design for my Ender 3 proved to be way too tight. Additionally, the very thin clips running along the arms snapped as soon as I pulled them off the plate.

I couldn't complete assembly because I ended up with several parts that had zero or negative tolerance, causing warps, misalignments, etc.
