At 100% scale, Drill Man stands approximately 7.9 inches (200mm) and 6.5 inches (165 mm) wide. Scaling up should work fine, but scaling down may tighten tolerances and make assembly more difficult.

Assembly Tips: To help Drill Man stand level, it’s best to glue the legs and boots one at a time. Start by inserting both boots and knees into the legs without glue to test the fit. Remove one boot, then glue the red boot to the dark gray knee. Place it on a flat surface and let it dry to keep everything level. Next, glue the leg to that same dark gray knee and return it to the flat surface until fully set. Repeat the same process for the other boot.

The yellow charge blocks on the left and right hands have the top cut at a slant; this points up towards the drill. The part with the hole cut in the slant is for his left arm.

Assembly Steps Build the legs and boots following the Assembly Tips above. Attach the yellow upper knee parts. Attach the yellow belly to the pants, then attach the chest to the yellow belly. Attach the right and left shoulders, gray arms, and dark gray elbows using the pins. Build the left and right hands with the yellow charge blocks and drill tops. Attach the hands to the arms. Attach the face to the helmet, then add the eyelids (press in firmly), followed by the eyes. Attach the bolts and silver vent to the back of Drill Man. Attach the drill to his head. Attach the silver core ring and green core to the chest, ensuring the notch on the silver ring faces up.
