Pen Cases - with Locking Sliding Lids

This model is restricted by licensing terms.

Easy to use self-locking pen (or pencil) cases. There are two sizes; the smaller will fit two large pens, and the large will fit three large pens.

Squeeze the sides of the box to unlock it and allow the lid to be slid open. Super easy to use and to print.

100% printed; compliant design, no hardware, fasteners or adhesives required. A drop of lubricant helps the lid's movement.

Print Settings

This print does not require much strength but I would still suggest the following settings to ensure the box is durable.

Material = PLA / PETG Nozzle = 0.4mm Layer Height = 0.2mm Line Width = 0.4mm Wall Count = 4 (1.6mm) Top and Bottom Layer Count = 5 Detect Thin Walls = ON Wall Generator = Arachne Infill = 40% (Cubic) Ironing = Not required Brim = Should not be needed Support = No, all required support is incorporated into the design. Print orientation = As per the STL/3MF files.
