On the edge of the forgotten moors stood the Eyefull Tower, a crooked spire of black stone. Its walls were not carved with windows, but studded with enormous bulging eyes. They swiveled in silence, following every traveler who dared approach.

Villagers whispered that it saw not only the world outside, but the secrets inside those who gazed upon it. One boy, curious and bold, stepped too close. The eyes widened, pupils dilating, and in that instant he felt his memories peel away, one by one, until he no longer remembered his own name. The tower blinked, satisfied. The boy wandered off into the mist, hollow-eyed, while the Eyefull Tower watched for its next visitor.
