This card holder comes with 3 styles of exterior panels, deck separators, and can hold 230 sleeved cards comfortably. Requires six 2mm x 8mm magnets and glue to assemble. Only the box itself need supports. DO NOT GENERATE SUPPORTS IN THE HOLES ON THE HINGES OF THE BOX, SIDES ONLY. Links to stuff that fits

for these boxes the magnet holes keep get messed up i try supports fot them they all turn out the same is there any advice you can give me to solve this
Don't use tree supports. try zig zag or line and smaller spacing between lines. hope this helps never had this happen. If you can send some pic I could better help. Littletupp@gmail.com
I don't see the multiple panel styles in what was downloaded. Am I missing something?
The multiple panels are in a zip file called side covers you have to unzip. sorry for the confusion.
I really like this model. Would it be possible to incorporate a dice tray with it?
Can filament pieces be used for pins, or do the need to be printed? I am wondering if printed pins would have the same strength.
No, they are printed pins only. They are stronger than just filament pieces. Certain filament absorbs moisture and cracks naturally and becomes brittle .but 3D printed pins have separate layered strands and turn, making it less likely to fail. Also, the upside is that it scalable for when people have calibration issues with their printer and are able to adjust the sizes to get them to work.
okay so my question is i am not finding the front flap panel with the hole cut out all i see id the non hole panels
Good evening my dude. Is there a fix for the hinges? I can't seem to get the pins to fit. I didn't use supports for the flat pieces. Also for the flap that has the writing on it should I print the words towards the bed or up. They didn't come out well facing the plate. I am trying to get these into a couple of comic shops that and want to make things perfect. Love your work and can't wait to see what's next.
I will look into this. I did not seem to have a problem with my hinges when I test printed them. But then again my tolerance might be a little different on my printer. So I will revisit this and check the file and get back to you. But in the meantime you could probably just scale down the pins by 5%. And they probably fit in a little easier. As for the words it's face down to the build plate. But I did put support touching Bill plate at that portion when I wanted it to look nicer.
Much appreciated my dude. I will try another run tonight and see what I can do. I'll let you know how it goes.

is there a reason pins are used rather than just a section of raw filament for the hinges? It seems really close in size
Sorry just saw the message. Will troubleshoot this and get back to you with an answer.
