These have been designed to lift a standard IKEA Lack table by 130mm. There is one screw hole for improved stability which can be hidden at the back of the table.
Originally designed to make sure my modified Ender 3 V2 could fit in the area underneath.

I designed a similar leg extension, for exactly the same reason. I wanted to build an enclosure over my Anycubic Mega Pro so that I can vent smoke when using the laser and to protect the printer from dust when I am running saws, CNC, or other dust producing tools in the garage.
But mine screws on the end of the leg. I will upload mine tomorrow when I get a chance.
Mine is just a simple block with a screw hole through the middle, but it gives me the extra 6cm I needed and so far seems plenty stable. I can imagine how with double the extension height I added it could get wobbly though. I still think I would put a screw up through the middle even if you have to get an extra long bit for your drill to drive it.
One of my design objectives was to keep it the same width as the existing leg to simplify making sides to my enclosure not having to account for any bulge in shape of the legs.
That would be interesting to see. These have been pretty stable with a printer on top too but there is a little wobble so I'm thinking of making a brace.
