Poker sized card box
Here are a couple of different card boxes, printed in place on fabric. A pause command is added at the beginning of layer 2, to place the fabric and magnets. Once printed, remove the excess fabric with small scissors, a rotary blade, or a small soldering iron. Once the excess fabric is cut away, use a small drop of adhesive to attach the side tab to the inside of the box as shown in the photos. Do the same to the bottom tab after the two side tabs are folded in. There are 2 different styles of box, one fully closed and one that has a small mesh screen in the front to see the contents. There is a second variation that has the text "playing cards".
These are printed at .24mm layer height for a total of 3 layers, or .72mm If you have a thinner/thicker mesh, adjust your layer height to be greater than or equal to. I prefer to use illusion mesh or fabric with less stretch for these prints. Change the bottom layer pattern in the slicer to obtain different results. For the photo examples, I used dual color matte PLA from 3DHojor. Additional designs will be added to this file in the future.
