Hi! I’ve purchased and downloaded your wall hook model, but it looks like one small part is missing—the wall-mount locking piece (the part that attaches to adhesive tape and the hook slides onto). It’s not included in the files I received. Could you please check and send the missing part or update the download? Thanks!
Hi! You’re supposed to use two Command strips paired together, then insert them into the slot on the back of the vase so it can be tape-mounted to the wall.
You can also add a screw for extra security.
Please let me know if that works for you. Otherwise, I can create a custom wall plate if that’s easier, or if you prefer not to purchase additional hardware.
